The initial meeting with you functions mainly as and interview and an opportunity for you to get information about our work, our fees and our process. In this meeting we will spend time talking about some of your needs, wants, and goals for your home which will be discussed again in much greater detail once we begin the Schematic Design Phase. This meeting will give you the opportunity to explain your desires for your home and helps us understand what our role might be in the process of you getting there. We will gather enough information about your project to prepare a customized fee proposal for you. Designing a home is a very personal thing for you, and bringing us into the process requires developing a relationship built on trust.  This meeting is a chance for us to start gaining that trust, and hopefully become an integral part of creating your home.
